Going live needs an approved boundary; a change of mode reaches the running season only while it has no official results.

Changes always start with a future season. The running season and every past result keep their distance.

Activating a new version replaces the official area. Results already recorded keep the version they were judged by.
Without "apply now", a season with official results keeps its area until the month ends. Active and season-used boundaries are kept as history; edit an active one as a new draft and activate another boundary before deleting it.
